That's not the case. Needs context here. Do you think if Ehrhoff wasn't already getting a boatload of money from the buyout, he would've taken that deal? It's pretty obvious he took low money and term to sign with a team that was limited, and sign with a team that can contend. After spending how many years on a team like Buffalo. So it has zero bearing on the MacDonald contract.
