well if you look at what happened to Colorado in the playoffs, it's not so surprising that they'd take a flyer on Briere. they obviously had no use for Parenteau so it makes sense when you think about it. |

Parenteau has had THREE 20+ goal seasons in his career, he's 31. He isn't good defensively at all...and it's a fifth round pick, most fifth rounders never even sniff the NHL. You should take your blues glasses off...
