I ll sleep for like 8 hours but I don't sleep sleep I'm constantly waking up. Yeah once a week my body just shuts down and ill sleep for like 16 hours but even that's not good sleep. I need to go to sleep clinic as I'm getting older its starting to take its toll on me the last two years have been really bad.

I was reading up on the condition and it has some severe side effects hence why I'm going to do the sleep clinic

Yes Derek Morris.

People were saying the same thing about Penner and Morrow last free agency, yet they still proved to be productive players. I think they still have some gas left in the tank, and would come pretty cheap as well. Bozak I would keep for our 3rd line, and in case of injuries to our top 2.
