Interesting Poulin said his d play had improved significantly. Also, didn't he win some award?
Yeah - lets develop him and then ditch him so he maybe could be good somewhere else. - HipHopisDead
He won some award because he was highest scoring dman by a mile.
We didn't develop him at all. Signed as a 25 yr old UFA. He played 1year with the Marlies. |

Oilers have been incredibly mismanaged and rewarding failure. - Bigzby
So getting Hall locked up for 6 mill is an example of that?

They are up to something, cuz why buy out gleason. Its not for gorges cuz he would fit anyways. Would they go after vanek since they are interested and nonis did try to trade for him. Hope not. Another connoly incident. Leafs always do what ya dont think should be done
- fansince72

Also did you see any of the Marlies playoff games? He was a trainwreck in his own zone. |

do you think kadri and moulson would be a good fit?
It mgiht be intriguing.
Kadri has some vision and moulson can fire the biscuit - Cherry--Skoal
Ya man
That would be a good pick up (but not for 7 years)and pairing but leafs would have to drop someone
Lupul seems to be the consensus |

Yeah ...I assume so, right? - Nylanders_Flow
Maybe but not much.
Probably better to go with someone even cheaper if that's the goal. |

63 points last year, 12 the year before, it's no wonder Columbus wants to see at least one more good season out of him before committing long term. - The Shrike
guy was drafted 4th overall. first full season at 19. takes a huge leap in his third year and proves himself to be a front line centre. he's the real deal. not saying i blame CBJ for taking a bridge approach, but i don't think it's unreasonable for RJ to be asking for 4 years at $4-$5 million. |

I think he would be good as he finds open space and is a good shooter.
I'd rather spend our money on the back end tho and fill in our forwards with kids and cheaper stop gap vets. |
