No doubt. I think Skjei is going to be a stud, and while I've never seen Duclair, the scouting reports on him this year are awesome.

Dude was a healthy scratch in Feb. and was almost considered the odd man out in minny and I guess now IS the odd man out. He is a 6th Dman. Not a top 4 dman on a team trying to win a cup.

If you think about it, if the Rangers are willing to go 2 years @ 5 million per for Boyle, I would think they would go the extra 2 years at that same money to keep Stralman.

I think so too. When was the last time the Rangers had a renowned CHL prospect. Grachev? Duclair doing this at the CHL level is great.

Dan Boyle is 38, and in the link i posted was like 35 in terms of UFA's not to mentinon a -8 in the regular season on team that was really good.

It did. And I actually kind of liked his stroking it comment. I thought that was flat out funny and I actually agreed with him. If I was a rookie and scored 4 goals in a game, that's exactly what I would do. Among other things.

I like the LH depth defensmen the Ranges have in the system. It might suck, but the Rangers really seem to like Dan Boyle. They may pay the 5 million to bring him in.

It will free up a ton of my time by not watching the train next season. I can't think of any legitimate name available this offseason that I would hate to see get $5M from Sather than a 38 yr old offensive D man who can't score any more
