I think Erhoff is an excellent player but, if he had issues with the current situation of the team, I have no problem getting rid of him. Even with the recapture option, I'd still rather him moved for something.

Agreed. It sounds like Murray was demanding more than he was really worth to make up for the recapture possibility. It sounds like other teams were (rightfully) saying: "Sorry, not my problem". So instead, he walks for nothing.

Not gunna lie, Mike has been doing a good job, better than the other attempts at a Sabres blogger not named garth.
