The Hawks will offer enough to make the deal , or they will find another #2 center.

Its just good business for the Hawks . Kesler NTC , Kesler wants Hawks , 3 HAWKS don't offer the entire farm because they don't have to. 4. New Canucks HC and GM want players to buy in 100% . If Kesler doesn't get moved now but at the deadline that's a 1/2 season of knowing he is gone , with less value in return because he will have less time left remaining on his contract .

Its all about leverage folks.

I would think that means either he is part of a deal to Vancouver or Leddy or Oduya is traded.

I would think they would trade it. I don't see why Florida makes this deal though, seems to heavily favor the Hawks (other than the gift of dumping Rozy's cap hit). Some guys on this thread who watch Rockford games have been very critical of Clendenning.

Is that his actual cap hit or cap hit including bonuses? He does not deserve that kind of money. 2 is more reasonable.
