not even Dave Nonis hands out that deal.

Bolland is broken. I think he'll be out of the league in 5 years.

TSNBobMcKenzie: David Bolland's initial ask of TOR was 7 or 8 yr deal worth shade under $5M per year.

Make it happen Nonis.

5.5 for Callahan?????
- Pecafan Fan

meh. it's maybe $1 million overpayment. he's a guy who in Tampa will be scoring 25 goals/50 points, and he's versatile and tough. if he was captain of the Rags too, he's obviously got some "intangible" qualities. i don't think it's the worst deal. it's the same contract Clarkson got.

I liked them with Cavani and Suarez and their super-thight white muscle shirts but Suarez will be suspended for 10 games+ I don't think they have much of a chance.

yes but Italy clearly wasn't very good in this tournament, and it took quite a bit of help from the officials to get them through that game.

i only saw one replay of the Samaras penalty. did he or did he not fall on his own?

he wound up for his kick and the guy clipped his leg so when he went through with the kick his foot hit the ground and he fell (like he'd been shot).

I think it was the right call. really depends where you edit the clip.
