Do we really want him to score more? Not sure I can be subjected to more Kaleta goal celebration.
- Jacob582

Last season I think it was more a team celebration. If Sabretooth could score they would be ecstatic.

We have one, 2 if you count Scott, d-bags on this team we don't need another one.
- jochfr

When your the last place team you have more then a few d bags on your team.Fourth line players are the least of this teams concerns. How about some hate for the top 3 lines and scorers who cant score ?

At least
Scott is useful when he beats up Thornton
Since the Bruins aren't resigning him, really don't see a need for him
Kaleta is a good penalty killer at worst
If he gets back to agitating without taking dumb penalties then that's a bonus
Regardless, having him here this year isn't gonna hurt

- jdfitz77

Scott KO ing Thorton was a priceless moment. Too bad it was Lucic

I hope Kaleta turns it around and has a good season. Hes a good player who got railroaded by Regier and co. last season

The idea of a Kaleta-Mitchell-Deslauries 4th line is pretty enticing

Personally, I wouldn't mind if PK never wears a Sabres jersey ever again. He's never been worth the trouble.

That wouldn't be that bad of a fourth line. Also have to wonder if Murray signs more depth type guys, as a "just in case" if injuries happening like they did last season. So we don't have to start clamming random scrubs on waivers.

The same goes for Jon Scott, they're all bark and no bite.

4th line players that can kill penalties well are a valuable asset to the entire team dynamic. your scoring line shouldn't be out there getting tired killing penalties.

THE TENNESSEAN: Josh Cooper reports the asking price for the Nashville Predators’ first-round pick (11th overall) is a top-six forward.

Stewart or Stafford?
Would they do that for one of these guys?
Maybe if we add a pick or prospect like Adam?

It was amazing!
But since Chara & Lucic refuse to fight Scott, I just don't see any reason for him here
Maybe sign Thornton & let him be a douche to his old teammates

That might work. Rather send Stewart since Ive haven't seen enough to warrant him as a keeper.

I don't know, as a cranky Sabres fan who's tired of being content with consistent mediocrity, I'm not interested in giving players/staff/etc chance after chance to prove themselves anymore. Hopefully Scott doesn't come back, the only reason I see Kaleta playing is that we literally have no one else to play. Kaleta wouldn't make it on any other NHL team.

I'm Ok with either
Stewart plus a 3rd or late 2nd?
Something like that would be my guess
There would be a couple nice guys at 11 for us too

I hear ya. The situation were in right now, he's not gonna cost us the cup next year if we play him and if he's "same old Kaleta" he walks at the end of the year. Its going to be painful as a fan weather he's on the team or not.

Don't see them wanting Stafford and Stewarts still a wildcard imo.If you mean Adams they can have him

I meant Luke Adam, but he'd be more of a throw in at this point

I don't know about their goalie prospects
Maybe they'd like one of our guys

They might want someone with more term then just guys that will go to free agency the year after they get them. But I can see Steward,Adam and Minnesota's 2nd for the 11th.
