I like Manowar just for how insanely over the top they are. Really, they only have maybe 2 good songs (Wheels of Fire, Hail and Kill).

As for Pantera, I was speaking strictly to "putting their best up against anyone" because I agree with you. Strength Beyond Strength gets me so pumped. Nothing in the genre compares to Hatebreed (to me), and they've crossed the border to metal. But the stuff I like, I still consider hardcore (the first 2 records) so they're out.

My friends record (yes, record) that I put out was that cover, but the wrist had a big straight edge tattoo on it. The band was XWIDOWMAKERX and the album was "Hard Lovin', Straight Thuggin'" and a dude from the band used black magic (photoshop) to get the fonts the same. Wish I had a picture of it.
