He did have good point totals, saw a drop in his possession numbers-actually in terms of those it was his worst year in awhile-and he struggled in the playoffs.

I like winnik. big, very gritty, seems to be around the puck a lot.

Besides, as a pharmacist, I just profile his pre-op antibiotics, his post-op Norco, and make sure the anesthesiologists didn't do anything stupid with sux, rock, or propofol.

I don't do any of the prognosis stuff

Normally, I would really like a player like this, but I have seen enough games with Winnik over the years where I kinda question his hockey sense.

I think he tries hard, and i also believe that he cares about playing the right way. But I wonder if he helps us as much as we would like on the fourth line.
