well adding a large body on RW or C for Leddy or Oduya doesn't make any sense for the hawks, unless they are getting both...and even then......they will have a hole to fill on their current roster.

I just don't Tampa as a fit. For what they need vs Hawks want and are wiling to give up. I don't doubt JJ, I just dont' see the match.

1. He's a top 4 d-man. They don't grow on trees.
2. He's only 32 and given his fitness habits, is still entering his prime
3. Chicago's win % since he arrived is well north of .600 according
to all the stats. The dude FITS this org like a glove.
4. Leddy is not and may never be a top 4 d-man.

HE makes the most sense.......if they fail to develop a 2C over the next two years he can be resigned for a larger dollar amount because the cap will have increased by then.....even if you double his salary by then

Even if they sign Boyle.....trade Leddy and our 1st......in the end it might be an overpay....but only slightly.

Phenomenal posting. Trading Oduya would ultimately hurt this team more than trading Sharp IMO.
