I worked in a deli/hoagie place in my youth. Good, thinly sliced "pruhzhoot" is awesome on sandwiches, but it should complement the other sandwich components....not overwhelm them.

Nope. I'm not a proponent of shipping him out of town. However if he is signed to a nice cap friendly bridge deal it may very well raise his value in trade talks. I agree that Hextall has most of the cards in this case. It might take a reality check to make it happen but I expect Schenn to get signed to something reasonable. Ultimately that's a win/win for the team no matter if they keep him or trade him.

I like to wrap it around shrimp with a piece of basil in between the shrimp and prosciutto and grill them on skewers. Works with halibut cut into chunks too.
