Yeah, the Lessor has guidelines. They'll take it back prior to a certain date with snows. I guess you just missed it.

I was just giving my opinion based on experience. If you can find poopty tires to put on it, good for you!

I had a 2007 Mazda3 that the end-of-lease inspector claimed had damage on the roof and some bumper scrapes. I saw no such dent on the roof, nor did my wife. This guy must have been using some sort of microscope to find the "dent". Anyway, they sent us a bill for over $350 for the damage. I ignored it. They placed the debt with an agency which I also ignored, and I have not heard a peep about it in over 3 years.
