You are so wrong , Defensemen take development . Myers has rounded the corner in his development . The only player we would move him for on your roster is Hall . Myer's can now take over games and has . Hall injury history is starting to get scary

Seth Jones hasn't missed a beat either since coming into the league. As good as MacKinnon was, he was greatly helped by the team around him.

Unless TM is bowled over by a deal, I doubt Myers goes anywhere. I know you deal from a position of strength (and if they deal a D, hopefully, imo, it's Ehrhoff), but this team is poised to have one of the best D corps in the league here in a few years.

I want myers cause his potential vs asking price due to contract and a few bad years should be worth the package. and I think edm is at a stage where they need nhlers more than high picks

No Thanks . We have been through the pain with growth of Myers as a player . Time for us to reap the Benefits . His contract is not that bad when you look at what top line defensemen are now getting. I estimate Subban will get 7 to 8 million . 5 and 1/2 does not look that bad in lew of that . We already have a ton of draft picks stock piled over the next few drafts . Only player I would trade staight up for on Edmonton would be Hall at this point. Murray has said no one is untouchable but a few including Myers it would take and overpayment to get. Have to start your rebuild somewhere and he is one that will be built around.
