split the first two

I wouldn't be at all surprised to see NY get lit-up in the first two games. Like, combined score of 11-3 kind of lit-up.

Also the only team in NHL history to get to the finals on 3 game 7's, only team to come back from being 3-0 in a series, only team to win the Cup as an 8 seed...they're (frank)ing nuts.

Are you serious? You don't think that his skill and ability relies on his wingers to finish for his work to translate into points? If Patches had a poopty playoff, how do you think DD was supposed to put up numbers?

It's not like DD was dogging it in the playoffs. He won more puck battles in the playoffs than I think I saw him win all year long.

Good players create their own chances. And desharnais does not do that. hes a 40 point player we have as our #1 center. Thats a joke.

Never thought I'd say this, but I think I prefer going to the Impact games than to the Alouettes'.

Are you the guy who said Gomez did more for the Habs in 2 years than Koivu during all his career?

He has not right to Bash Patches. How come he is not talking about our Captain Gionta, who gets paid more than patches and had 1 goal in the playoffs.
- mushalain1

Lafleur doesn't bullpoop, he tells it how he sees it. Patches himself said he didn't play well in the playoffs. It might be pushing it to say they need to trade Pacioretty, especially at that salary, but another couple of years of no-show in the playoffs and it might not seem that far-fetched.

Like Piqueur said though, Pacioretty's season production would be hard to replace. His contract is a great bang for buck to boot.

1-0-1 in the last couple of games, against two pretty good teams. They could win the Canadian Championship tonight

I'm really looking forward to Piatti's arrival, hopefully he makes as good a difference as Valeri in Portland and Morales in Hongcouver.

They're something like 2-5-3 in the MLS.

The Canadian champs is another competition. The 4 Canadian teams compete. The Impact won their matchup against Edmonton and are now facing TO in the Canadian final. Score is tied 1-1 after the first game in TO, so with a 0-0 tie/win the Impact would pass.
