Exum won't be there at 8. I can guarantee that

Agreed, if they want him, he has to be drafted at #3. I think Wiggins will be the pick at #3 if he is there. I just don't see a scenario will Embiid slips to #3.

Sorry, I'm flipping between games and had a long day with work, running to soccer practice and fixing my fridge. I'm ready for several cold beers.

I know you want him bad, but the history of the league is draft the big man over the skilled winger. Sometimes it has worked out, but some times there has been buyer's remorse.

Noel might not develop the offensive game like Embiid, but he is very much the defensive presence.

Unless the draft order changes it will most likely go chalk. Embiid, Wiggins then Parker. That said, I could see Hinkie going all in to get Embiid or Wiggins. The question is what will it cost to trade up from 3 to 2?

So who do we want to win tonight? Obviously I want the team that has best chance to deny rags the cup. I feel that may be the kings. Another thing is the rags haven't really had that bad of a travel schedule. That west coast trek may affect them if it's a long series.

If the Flyers end up shopping BSchenn should contract issues arise do you think packaging him with Morin could be enough to bring back a solid Blueliner on the right side of 30? Could BSchenn Morin and 17th overall possibly get Nashville interested for a return of Seth Jones?

I don't see the Rangers beating Quick four times. Crawford has been inconsistent enough in this playoff run that I believe the Rangers have a better chance against the Hawks.

Agreed Crawford has looked inconsistent and very shaky at times. He also gets too worked after giving up goals. Great goalies have short memories.

If it is kings/rags you can dub it the coat hanger series lol. Both venues will be filled with people you wouldn't see there during reg season, and barely know what icing is.

Minimal interest...need a guy who can step in for a few games if Mason gets hurt...Montreal had so much faith in Budaj, they started the kid from the AHL instead

Q would have been better to sit Seabrook. What a pathetic effort on that goal.

Does it make sense for the Flyers? I think so. It leaves us lacking on the LW somewhat(Hartnell, Raffl, Akeson would be my top 3 LWs) but sliding Jones into our D core puts all the other D men in better positions to excel.

Amazing how skinny Noel is after "building mass". If he can stay healthy he's a heck of a defensive weapon.

Regardless of what backup a team gets, that player is going to have significant holes in his game. With the way Emery played in the playoffs. And the intangibles he has. As well as how good of a team player he is, and gets along with Mason. He's a no brainer in my view to bring back if the price is right.

does john gibson have significant holes in his game? i'm curious.

He'd have to take a pay cut for me to have interest. He's good in the room, and he's got a good relationship with Mason. I know the physical issues, which is why he's not a case where I'd automatically re-sign him.

I like the guy, too. So part of it is that
