He was here a couple days ago - said surgery went well, major issue now is getting the baby to full term.

But I'm not sure they know how successful it ultimately will be.

But at least the first step was good.

CBC (Cherry) showed a clip from Hammer last night with the puck looking directly at a King line change. He intentionally passed it up & across the ice to the King player that had just come on (other player wasn't off the ice yet). If he let it go--a breakaway for the Hawk behind him; touch it and it's too many men. As soon as the King got the puck Hammer motioned to the refs for the call. Very cagey move.

Hammer STUNK last night...one of his worst games of the playoff. He pulled
the pin a 3 or 4 grenades and the boys are lucky they weren't say goodbyes today. Hammer's AWESOME, TOUGH, COURAGEOUS, but last night was not a good night for him.
