Can you keep a 5-6 th D man at 5.5 or 6 mil a year like he wants? If he is willing to take less and play less, then no problem.

I haven't really seen the big deal with Glach so far. Don't get me wrong, I like his potential, but is he ready to be a go-to guy in October? That seems soon.
