They really gave it everything but if you can't finish off a period, you're not winning a series. Too many end of period goals.
- Gary_B.

They'll finish off the next period.

Stay tuned.

He's not kidding. That's the sad part.

I suppose its normal to kinda have a skewed version depending on how invested one way or another one happens to be.

But realistically, I dont think theres anyone that can say the reffing has been unfairly biased in the rangers direction.

I dont wanna say its been unfair against them, but cmon. at the very least, both teams have dealt with a very fair share of calls

They don't want to make it look fixed.

They haven't had anything to do with it, Rags are forcing the game their way and the Habs are letting them

Quality post. And agreed.

I got no love for mtl, but theyre ability to counterpunch and opportunism even in games such as these has been extremely impressive. I think therriens done a quality job imo.

It aint over...

Night like tonight you wish they had broken in the young guys on D by now. Not sure you can win this game with Mike Weaver in your top 4

Le canadien ne joue pas son meilleur match, mais ce n'est que 1-0. L'avantage numérique doit arrêter de sucer.

Its not, the momentum changes with a forced bad bounce but MTL needs to get guys in that position to take advantage and so far they haven't. They look more reactive than proactive to me.

Weavers willingness to sacrifice can be heroic in small doses, but over the long haul his deficiencies become pretty apparent
