He could score, it's just that London was so stacked that Hunter could bench 1st rounders if they were not producing every game. On most OHL teams he would have played top6 minutes - Jean_Perron
Hardly a ringing endorsement.

Took a set off him in Italy last week. Don't think his ground game is strong enough yet, but he's getting there. |

He's really improved his fitness level and footwork.
If he can improve his backhand a little and be agressive at the net he'll be top-5. |

The best forwards he drafted are already with the team at 20-21-22 years old.
The Habs didn't had a 2nd and 3rd round draft pick in both 2010 and 2011, that didn't helped either.
I don't see having AHL farm team success being a guarantee that it will translate into NHL success. Sometimes, it just means your team is filled with great AHL players. - stinger67
Best example of that is the Griffins, the farm club of Detroit, they had three terrible years in a row. With guys like Nyquist, Tatar, Jurco, Sheahan, Smith, Kindl etc...
Success in the AHl doesn't necessarily translate to the NHL. The Marlies have had a good team for a few years now. Not many good players came out of there though.
Habs have had Bournival, Gallagher, Tinordi and Beaulieu play with the team extensively in the past two years, despite the suckage in Hamilton. Pateryn and are on the right path too.
I like the way they handle things now in the AHL, develop first, win after.

They'll probably qualify him to keep the rights. Might even be an idea of the Habs to have him play elsewhere. |

Will do. Here I thought Sanheim might fly under the radar to the 2nd round, just read he was interviewed by the 30 teams |

Saw her interview after her match the other day...she kind of has a funny mouth. I'm also not really into girls taller than me. |
