oh i can get behind the idea that Montreal at this point is not a true contender. there are arguments to be made that they're missing some pieces. but i don't think that automatically lumps them in with two teams that missed the playoffs by a good margin.

Sure, I agree. And Cox bolding proclaiming that the Habs were "one Carey Price injury away from being ordinary" is insulting to anyone who can read. If you subtract the #1 goalie from any "contender" they are going to fall back towards "ordinary"...it's just fact.
