A pick over 20 in the first round isn't exciting, especially since everyone has been saying this year is a weak draft.

As for McCarron, I'm willing to give him time, but he has looked horrible so far.

It's his first year of junior and he was playing bottom 6. His game isn't about being an offensive juggernaut. Says he wants to play like Lucic, said player only had 19 points in his first year of junior.

I'm not ready to write him off. Need to see what he brings to at least the AHL, if not NHL with the type of player he is, juniors isn't a good measuring stick.
