They should have tried making a push at the beginning. There was nothing resembling a scoring chance all night.

My favorite was when Gionta got high sticked in the face, and he got the only penalty for falling into Lundqvist while trying to make sure both his eyes were still in his face.

no, i'm not saying Montreal had nothing left for the playoffs. i'm saying for that specific game, they had nothing left. i don't know why. but using that game 5 against Boston, yeah it was the same thing. they had nothing in that game.
