Mark Messier...some consider the greatest leader ever. A complete bumhole on the ice.

Theo Fleury. Hardest worker most games, complete bumhole, apparently his days in Chicago he was a dressing room disaster.

Of course not.

He's turned out to be a very good coach and seems to have learned from his mistakes, despite what HabsRUS might think.

I admit to being on the #firetherrien bandwagon during the regular season, but I also have to admit he did a pretty good job during the playoffs.

The only mistake he made was put Murray in, but it fits with his gambling philosophy.

Here goes my theory (I expect a lot of laughies from this): Therrien found that the agressive forecheck he played during the 2012-2013 season tired his players too much at the end of the season and during the playoffs. He decided to play a less agressive forecheck this season keeping his ace in the hole (in case the habs fell out of a playoff spot) and playing some sound rope-a-dope with his opponents. And when the playoffs started, he reverted to the agressive forecheck and the Lightning didn't know what hit them until it was too late.

No idea...

edit: I must explain. I don't really want him to be fired... it's just that he's apparently the reason why the habs lost a few games during the season.

How do you explain the switch from 2 man forecheck to 1 man forecheck and back to 2?

They were fairly accurate with the Jets pilot landing on the Leaf considering half their team for the past four years were Maple Leaf rejects and they're about to bring in Optimus Reim.

The thing is, the habs were a possession black hole during the entire season (23rd in the league I believe) and got into a playoff spot with timely scoring and hot goaltending.

But if you look at the advanced stats from the playoffs, they are right back at where they were during the 2012-2013 season.

I don't think Fans in Winnipeg consider the Jets broken. Maybe a little chipped.
