Out shot them every game usually by a fair margin but were almost always down by 2 or 3 on 6 shots on Fucale to start the games. I guess to be fair he's played a lot of hockey over the last few seasons but it was very disappointing all the same.

Instead of Breaking it down by F/D/G , lets break it down by Total Offense and Toal D since it is a 5 on 5 game and forwards back check and defenseman do score goals .

Offense = Hawks . By a mile . Hawks 267 - 218 goals scored . +49 for the Hawks

Defense =

Rangers gave up 193 goals compared to the Hawks 220 . This would appear to be an advantage for the Rangers except they play in the weak ass EAST . Puke CITY for the depth of forwards in that putrid conference.

Goalie = In this years playoffs Hank and Corey are virtually in a dead heat . The Save % edge is to Hank (.934 - .933) GAA edge is Crawford (1.90 - 1.93) Crawford has 1 more shut out than Lundquist and 2 more Stanley Cups . Egde = Blackhawks .

Even if the Rangers top line and the Hawks top line cancel each other out , the Hawks second line would destroy the Rangers second D pairing , the Rangers 2nd line could easily be muted by Hanner and Oduya.

Hawks in 5 if the Rangers happen to get past goalieless Canadians

They are done . Might fluke a game in NY without their best player but over in 5 max.
Realistic not negative.

If I were a Rags fan, or if it was Lundquist that was as good as dead, I'd be doing the same thing.

The door has been opened; they only have to walk through it without tripping over their own Richards.

I never noticed rag fans much before but they're crawling all over the place now, acting like douchebags and then crying when they don't get 'respek'

meh, to be fair, they are probably going to make it to the cup finale.

Habs fans would also be pretty (frank)ing annoying if that was the case for the Habs.
