Hello my friends
I have told you that they would win last night against a sea of doom and gloomers.
Do not listen to these band wagon fans.
Listen to me.

My apologies boys I was a big Ahole and took it way too far, you don't have to accept it but honestly that isn't who I am - cranford93
This is an excellent defense in court I'm told. |

Prust?
Carcillo slashing the linesman was pretty funny. What's up with guys like him and Torres that can play well and play hard for 5 games at a time then they simply must do something moronic? |

Yeah he hit him when you're not supposed to hit a person i.e. late but it wasn't that hard and the contact to the head wasn't that obviously intentional, Carcillo's was more of an obvious revenge charge to the back. Also, nobody's mentioning re: Carcillo that yes he hit away the linesman's arm and shoved his chest a couple times but isn't the more dangerous play when he crosschecks him in the bicep? That's really painful and he does it pretty hard. To me that's obvious intent to hurt and therefore 20 games. |

Although Prust can sometimes go dead in the eyes and flirt with that kind of stuff from time to time, like in game 2. |

Carcillo will get 3 which is the minimum for abuse of official.
Prust was blindside and late. The contact with the face was secondary after contact with the shoulder. 2 games. |

According to Paul Stewart 20 is the rule when there was intent to hurt the official. |

yea there was no intent to hurt the official. There was blind rage and an attempt to escape. If it was prust who had done that, you telling me you think he'd deserve 20 games? |

After reading Stewarts blog
Carcillo has been suspended due to ref abuse for 2 games - verbal variety of abuse
I'm starting to think more than 3 due to this past suspension |

No big deal and Brassard should be back, I honestly don't know why he was grabbed by Driscoll, he wasn't making any attempt at jumping in or motioning towards anyone else but you still don't push an official, so be it - cranford93
That's because you weren't close enough to see the red eyes and the drool. |

yes Prust is not a player that I've wished the league would get rid of a long time ago, Carcillo is. And to me crosschecking is supposed to hurt, that's the point of it. |

I get that you don't play the same way with your 3rd string goalie in, but after last night hopefully they have full confidence in him, and start playing the way they did in the Boston series...
In the same spirit, I really hope we see 2nd round Subban pretty soon. |

At worst it was an interference penalty that wasn't called.
Prust will get no games, possibly a fine, IMO.
Now, if someone would do that to Kreider... |

Rangers are much faster than the Bruins and they look to be much better on D. Habs have a really hard time sustaining pressure in the Rangers zone. |
