I just don't ever recall ever having my legs in front of me after a trip.
So to me, it really seems like a very accidentally on purpose thing where Kreider decided if he was wasn't going to get a good scoring chance on the play, he'd at least try to get Price off his game. Desharnais' comment after the game leads to me to believe that Habs locker room also doesn't believe it was very accidental, although that's rather biased too so... - kev1586
So did you not read my post? From what little I saw, it wasn't a trip in the conventional sense. His back leg got pushed out, causing his left leg to spin forward and in front of him. I don't think he objected to crashing the net as I'm not sure where he was planning on going after the shot but There's no denying there was contact. |

I just want to know why there wasn't a penalty shot on the Kreider play when he was tripped into Price, that's all |

This place was civil yesterday for most of the afternoon. Until GioRock & Slimtj100 decided to start chirping. How many times in life do you have to witness chirping before something is over & done with bites people in the ass? Have some class in victory and remember it was only one game. If Price is indeed fine, this series has only begun. Rangers had a great game and good on them, but we'll see where things are more accurately after game 2. |

Its important to protect the integrity of the New York Rangers and the blatantly tripped Kreider. These guys will make Bs fans look sane. They were balling like little girls after game 4 against Pitt, now the Rags are unstoppable. |

You said the Rangers team defense sucked and that Markov was better than Mcdonagh. So who chirped who first? It's only game. All, we as ranger fans, wanted the team to do was get the split on the road. Habs could and probably will use that game to play much on Monday. But let's not blur the line between pot and kettle. |

I did not read any articles on Pens/Rags but I will say this. I wanted the Penguins to win simply because I'd have much preferred a player like Sid playing for a chance to reach the finals then a guy like Nash. That and the Sid vs Price story line & the Sid vs his boyhood team. But that's just me. |

On the subject of Chris Kreider, do a little research and tell me what Ranger forward missed the first 10 games of the playoffs when the Rangers offense was pretty stagnant. Additionally, tell me the player picked in the 2009 first round after the Habs took the great Louis Leblanc |

I said Rangers top 3 were far better than the Habs. Subban may be the best d but after that we drop off substantially. |

At no point did I say the Rangers D sucked. I simply said I like our Defence better. Haven't changed my opinion based on one game but nice try . No chirp what so ever, I simply stated an opinion on the Defence of each team before the series even started & it still hasn't changed. |

I'm not a babysitter, I can't control the internet. Neither can you. I won't be here much. I want talk trash. I certainly won't disrespect the french culture. That's just stupid and asking for trouble.
Disrecting the French leads to 911 jokes, leads to death threats. Bans etc. Not for me. |

right. Kreider went down easy enough and was probably hoping for a penalty shot, either way he didn't try to get out of the way at all, and I don't really think he could but don't suggest he tried. Thats Bulls poop of the Gallagher is a saint variety |
