Habs were never going to win this game. They just went through a war with the Bruins. It was to be expected that they'd be a little dopey and have an emotional let down. That series in itself was a stanley cup final.

No excuses for game 2 though.

I hate afternoon games. That was something else that is a little in the Rangers favor cause they play tons of afternoon games in the regular season.

Statement game by the Rangers. Good on them. Really came hard to play today. On another note, I don't know who said something about Vigneaults coaching, but its light years better then Therrien. IMO Vigneaut is extremely underrated as a coach.

As for the result in this game, it's very embarrassing. Having said that, Rangers should be careful about running up the score. Things like that tend to find a way to bite you in the ass ala SJ.
