“I always feel like — and still to this day — that you should treat people the way you want to be treated,” he told the Boston Herald after speaking to kids at one such event. “That’s why I feel strongly about this issue. It’s unfortunate it’s still an ongoing issue.”

Well, an optimistic point of view about the Bos-Mtl series was Boston in 6-7. - EssuieToutJeune
For you maybe, but I liked our chances against the Bruins. The couple of most recent series against them have most of the time been very close, except for the sweep.
Habs also usually find a way to get through Boston, unlike almost any other NHL team.
And there is the struggle Rask has historically against Montréal.
I never thought Lucic and Marchand would have been non-factors like they were, but I thought MTL could play with them and frustrate them.
Being optimistic was calling a series win by the Habs, not saying they could give the B's a run for their money. That was a given. |

those comments... wow. we are hysterical.
Would be nice if MB made at least one deal this year that we as Habs fans could get a little bit excited about. He seems completely out of touch with reality as far as the teams needs and MT has completely lost the team as a coach. We will be well out of the running for a play-off spot by mid March. - DoubleDown

it wasn't a given in the slightest. what if Price hadn't stolen game 1 and Montreal comes home down 2-0? nothing in this series was a given.
