well i think that's because it's the playoffs. douchebaggery can only be taken so far in the playoffs where each game is so important, especially given Montreal's PP success in the series. i also think this Montreal team is a bit tougher to push around than they were in years past. can you imagine Markov giving Chara the old cup check 3 years ago? there was no Emelin running around looking to bludgeon people 3 years ago. no Prust or Dale Weise.
