he was whining all third period on the bench. just working the refs for game 7. - Gary_B.
This might be effective if it was the same two refs, which it won't be. |

Nor can the broadcast team on HNIC. Pacioretty scored his goal and Hughson's immediate response when play resumed was "Now David Krejci needs to do that". The guys in-studio on "After Forty" were equally as pro-Boston. It's baffling; either they all want to go work at NESN or they've been misinformed about who the target audience is. |

I'm fearing Chris Lee or Tim Peel. |

I didn't check. But the same two refs never work back-to-back in the same series. |

you pick them to win every single game eventually yes you'll be right. - dt99999
no...
nothing to do with that at all.
I said a while back that this was a good team bordering on great. The pieces are in place for this team to do great things over the coming years. It's impressive to see what they're doing right now, regardless of game 7s outcome. Surprising? No. |

My guess is we get either Joanette/Pollock or Jackson/O'Rourke.
For obvious reasons, I'm hoping for the former. |

Pretty sure Peel didn't get any 2nd round assignments either. |

oh... and... I didn't pick them to win game 2. I didn't pick them to win game 4. I didn't pick them to win game 5. And I didn't even pick them to win last night--though I didn't pick Boston either for that one. I said on the air that Montreal would play their best game of the series, but wasn't sure it would amount to a win--as the opening of this blog reiterates.
As for game 7... well, you already have my pick. |

i don't find Hughston all that bad at all. he's completely unbiased, as he should be. |

well what do you think the gameplan will/should be?
how does Montreal settle into the game and turn this into a real grinding affair? i think if it's a fast-paced game like last night, Montreal loses.

3-2 Habs in OT. Subban with the winner. Boston's finest will be on full display. |
