There are people that participate on this website advocating trading Claude Giroux, so I guess anything's possible.

There was a guy in the Pens' thread yesterday advocating that Crosby should be benched, and that Bylsma is only playing him to save his job. He's a Pens fan.

Grats.

And we all know Crosby is attacking sticks with his face and skull. Let's not try to rewrite what's going on.

Yeah, I probably wouldn't want to get stuck in a room alone with the dude, but he had some cool artwork. And some freaky poop.

If Bylsma benched the best player in the league for a Game 7, he would never get behind the bench of a professional team in North America again.

Yup, benching Crosby, that'll fix the Pens problems.

I'm guessing that the Bruins will be benching Chara, the Kings, Doughty and the Wild, Suter as well.

That is incorrect.

Well, technically it's right, but it was immediately after the NJ series in 2012.

- jmatchett383

Yup. Not a good series. Speaking of Brodeur and retirement...

Subban should also be watching the game from a nice safe distance away from the ice. It only makes sense.

Yikes Timmy...

Claude Giroux
...Still a young captain learning what to say after losses, and frankly, he too often lets the team off the hook. His take on being satisfied with the adversity the club overcame to make the playoffs and saying the team had a good year rubbed people the wrong way. Needs a little dose of Chris Pronger reality in him, but that may not be in Giroux’s personality...

Vinny Lecavalier
...Another bad signing both for the club and this veteran center. The Flyers made a big splash last summer after he was amnestied, mistakenly thinking they could convert him to a scoring winger. What they should have done is traded for Bobby Ryan...

Brayden Schenn
...Yet the fact that then GM Paul Holmgren allowed him to go the entire season as an RFA without getting a contract done strongly implies he won’t be back. It’s looking like he’ll be moved to solve the Lecavalier dilemma and create additional cap space for the club. He made $870,000 last season on his entry-level deal and was looking for a major increase in his next contract. Seems like it won't be here. Again, the Flyers could package him with brother Luke if they make a move to trade him. It's Ron Hextall's first issue to solve.

And Boston squirting Subban while he was on the ice. I'm sure it's happened before, but is the water squirting becoming more prominent because of the instigator penalty?

Yeah, I don't quite get what he was saying with the Giroux stuff.

And I think he's got the Vinny and BSchenn stuff backwards.
