They're gonna trade him to the Sens for Ryan

- BiggE

Just the C though. Crosby will remain on the Pens. Ryan will be the captain of the Pens though.

yeah. the papers have already been drawn up. crosby and giroux are both being shipped to the same echl team so they can both kick ass and be winners.

Not being sarcastic just seem like there is too much pressure on him. He's the best player in the world, but that doesn't translate to leadership

Somehow, Crosby won a gold medal and Stanley cup as the captain of those respective teams.

he wasnt actually supposed to be captain. they just (frank)ed up when they were making his jersey. they started to write crosby but realized it was on the front. but hey the price of fabric is high these days so they just ran with it

I always thought he received the captaincy too soon. It's worked out fine though.

That penguins team had more veterans to carry the leadership. As for the Olympic team are you kidding me? They almost choked on Latvia. Crosby is the most skilled player in the world but a poopty leader

I think he's shown immaturity over the years, but I think he's gotten better. I think he'll be a lot better from now on. I never thought he should have been named captain at such a young age.

Let's see what he does in the next 20 minutes. Let's face it you guys were up 3-1 now it's 3-3 he should be out there setting the example not being a little female dog after the play. I wonder why Mario came down to see him after game 6. I remember when Mario's will alone would win games. There is a huge difference in leadership between Mario and crosby

okay. so you are going to quantify it based on coming up small in a big game? granted, i dont think it goes down as a gold star on his resume, but i dont know if its indicative of his fitness for the captaincy.

i think he is decent as a captain. not of of the all time great war leaders, but not an Ovechkin type either.

when giroux smashes a stick going to the bench, is that passion, or being a whiny female dog?

When G does it, it's passion. When Crosby does it, it's because he's a little girl

yeah. pretty much status quo of the analysis im used to. .

i could feel either way about it when he does it. its good to see he cares, but it does show the risk of coming unglued but still. i dont hold it against him.
