nah. they'll pick a winger and try converting him to center.

I just hope the pick was born to be a flyer

I've asked all I get is to guarantee them is to become a STH
- ob18

My family is a STH and we haven't been sent anything about it yet to my knowledge either. Guess they wanted to wait til after their season ended. Either way, sad to see the season end but excited/nervous for the draft and offseason.

I wouldnt be too surprised to see them trade the pick tbh. At 17 you're gonna be waiting a while for someone to crack the lineup and while they've showed patience the last few years with draft picks I think they'll look to make a more timely move. Maybe package the pick and get themselves an upgrade at wing or something.

I heard that. He didn't say he was out of shape. He did say Vinny needs to work really hard over the summer and come to camp in the best possible shape.

Got the perfect workout for him:

montreal is the only possible choice.

Do you know anything about tix? I haven't looked into it yet but we want to go to at least the first round.
- mayorofangrytown

We have a meeting coming up, last meeting there still was no info from league on what the Flyers allotment would be. I'll ask now, though. Maybe there's new info in the past couple of weeks. Their expectation was that they'd be able to take care of STHs who wanted to attend. And that tix would be free. I would assume beyond that it will be a lottery of some kind like it was in NJ.

That's my plan.

With them at 17, there isn't any one player I would want over another right now.

Draft: STHs will have an opportunity to reserve tickets. Details will be made available in next few weeks.

That's from the head of customer service.

So no details, yet. But soon.

So snuggle close.

You do if it's only 25% of the way through the assembly line.

Krug got in a couple NHL games right out of college in the spring of 2012. Krug really didnt get a look by the Bruins out of the lockout because he was hampered by high ankle injury, and with the Bruins depth they didn't need to roster him. Of course Krug came up due to injury in the playoffs and started lighting it up.

Krug totalled 40 pts this year, and has 5 pts in 5 playoff games this year.

The bottom line is I think there is a chance Gostisbehre makes the team right out of the gate. I would be pretty shocked if he even spent half a season in the AHL. The coaching staff at Union focused with him completely in the defensive zone this year. He is not so raw, IMO.

You guys will finally see me. I'll be the guy escorted out of the building because I was throwing stuff at the Flyers draft table. Shoes, phones, change, and bike helmets.

Anything is possible. One thing I would like to see next year, is Read moved up to a top scoring line. He has speed and scoring ability. Need to better take advantage of that. A solid 3rd line checking winger is easier to get then the scoring line winger.

As long as he plays and reminds the media of Mike Richards we are good.

Meszaros scratched yet again?

Looks like we'll be getting the last pick in the 3rd round

Agreed. He really should be in the top 6 or PP somewhere.
