Had to look that breed up. Wolf Dog. You picked up in Delaware? - wolfhounds
I've had 4 rescues, shepherd mutts, and greyhounds. So I decided I'd actually do my research and find a reputable breeder and get a pup to replace my shepherd mutts in my life... I picked the Tamaskan rare breed, and we got him from a breeder in NC. I was shocked at how many puppy mills there are out there for them. But I wanted a healthy dog so I paid a bit more and got pretty much exactly what I wanted. He's the runt of the litter and what they consider pet quality so he has a few flaws in his markings. I'll have to get some pics up soon...
His name is Badger. But his nickname is CHOMP, while we work on those dang puppy teeth. He's a terror of destruction but also crazy good with people. I'm lucky to have him...
EDIT: There are probably only 2 reputable breeders on the east coast...
Look up NCSU's live mascot Tuffy. Badger comes from the same breeder although they aren't officially related. |

Very cool. Puppy mills are best avoided. We're going to be looking for a dog here soon, and I'm a big fan of wolves, so introducing me to the Tamaskan is appreciated. Reading about them on wikipedia, they're like a fresh out of the box breed, a little more than 10 years old, and they apparently have an above average lifespan for a large breed.
Best of luck with Badger Chomp! |

If you're serious let me know. There are only 2 breeders I would reccomend on the entire east coast. I edited my last post while you were typing... |

Not that it means anything, but Vegas has the Flyers as the biggest underdog of the 3 road teams tonight in game 7. |

cant say ive ever had the pleasure of seeing a tamaskan. i had a siberian husky growing up. was probably the greatest thing in my life to date. its been going on 4 years now, and some mornings i still wake up expecting him to be there, or open the door wondering where hes at after being gone all day. |

Everybody is picking the Rangers because they feel its the safe pick and they are too afraid to go underdog. I have a great feeling about the game tonight. Mason has changed this series around and the team is more confident to attack. Flyers win 3-2 |

What I'm reading into this is that one of the refs buys into the dives and the other does less so... |

Hope you are right. I'm not optimistic, but I never am. So I will expect the worst and hope for the best.
I'm extremely confident the Kings will win tonight. |
