I maintain that I dont feel like Shanny will come in with a big swinging hammer. He's quite new at this, and as such I don't see any big/bold moves right away. Like I said earlier, he'll need time to make his own game plans/assessments.

Oh I agree. I don't think it's right away I just think the outcome of the 2014-2015 season will play a significant role in whether coaching and management changes are made.
