I would propose something like this...

Guys salary = 5,000,000 for 82 games...that's almost $61,000 per game... so each playoff WIN should give that player $61,000...

(right now they do get paid for playoffs...but it's peanuts...).

he's such a good player when he's like that it's (frank)ing unreal.
- dt99999

Yeah, when he's focused he's the best player on the ice it's not even funny (ok a little)

His "all business" attitude made it even better. Did not even try to taunt the crowd.

this.

I thought he handled himself tremendously. Looked like the boos motivated him.

An award for the player who contributes the most money to the players emergency fund?

If it was that way no one would sign with The Leafs bad teams since they never make the playoffs...

So good teams would always remain good and bad teams would always remain bad...

Sorry but not a very good idea.

I thought he still made some poor decisions out there. Of course, the fact that Price bailed them out and he scored 2 goals overshadowed it.

yeah, I hate when he goes for that big check...when he misses it really opens a gap defensively.

Take the good with the bad I guess.

That and the weakish no look clearing attempts when the pressure on him is minimal. Part of the learning curve I guess.
