Bon bon bon. Howard est pas content.
- Not_Yan

Meh. Just an opinion. Relax, not meaning kick your feet up and grab a beer, but to give it some time.

This was a very surreal game to watch, there wasn't an inch of space out there. This current incarnation might be the strongest Montreal has been since the '93 team -- or at least I am reminded so far this postseason of that team (Gallagher=DiPietro, Vanek=Bellows, Briere=Savard, Bourque=Leclair and PK starring as Eric Desjardins). I think Boston is in trouble. Also Price=Roy

Now do the home team.

The road team coming to play in Montreal gets more PP% than in any other rink league-wide.

you're overreacting. all anyone is saying is that they didn't play well. no one is looking for a razor or a noose.
- Gary_B.

I've made that speech before. Just change the "Vanek" for "Kovalev". This is the way he plays.

See all those classy tweets from the Bruins' fans bottom-1%? Apparently, they all would be a-okay with losing in OT had someone other than the melanin-enhanced Subban scored the winner.

Really though, (insert Vanek/Kovalev here) is a big guy, hard to knock off the puck, has slick hands, great vision, and scores almost at will. Who gives a (frank) if (insert Vanek/Kovalev here) "looks" interested?

I suppose it could have been rust related.

Also - is Prust really slow, or is it just me?

- hscesq

I'd replace him with Bournival. He's useless, doesn't hit because he's scared of getting hurt and he certainly won't fight so just sit him.

Moen looked far from good, but he did make a couple of key blocks.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking.

BTW, you were right re Emelin. Absolutely horrific.

- hscesq

So, nobody can post that Vanek was terrible last night.

But, it can be posted that Emelin was terrible against the Bruins top lines.

Understood.

The silence in the Garden after his first goal was deafening.

(frank) I enjoyed that moment.
