looked completely uninterested last night.

I'm not sold on him one bit.

Reminds me of Kovalev sometimes...

I think alot of teams will still throw a poopload of money at him despite bad playoffs.

He used to be a Bruin killer...now he's killing us against the Bruins...

On the bright side, the habs didn't play all that well last night (other than Carey) and still managed to win. After the 2nd goal it looked like he was losing his composure...but he regained it quickly.

The Bruins played a real solid game. I think we were lucky to win, and to win a few more we'll have to play better...but we can, and the fixes are relatively easy...

at least Kovalev used to show up most of the times vs. Boston.

Good road game 1st and 2nd. Survived the 3rd and OT for the victoire. PK also very good imo.

Exactly.

If Vanek scores a goal next game, he's back to being a superstar and a hero.

i thought that midway through the game, up 2-0, we were keeping up with them, but then the ice just tilted and it was an onslaught. that third period was hard to watch. but everyone said going in that Montreal had to win 2 battles to have a chance in this series: goaltending and special teams. they absolutely destroyed the Bruins in both aspects.

giving up three goals in the 3rd is pretty scary though.

big layoff, I don't think you can gauge them by that game but they won't get away with this on most nights.

They need to be smarter along the boards, in both offensive and defensive zone...they turned the puck over too much in those situations.

yes it was very scary. agree that they won't get away with it but i also think they will close that possession gap a bit. guys like Chara and Bergeron was in the 70% range. that's (frank)ed up.

Thanks Don.

Yeah, that 3rd period was ALL BRUINS... but good on the habs for sticking in there and finding a way to win!

They managed to win one in Boston. The Bruins are a different team when they play in the Bell Center, they aren't as physical.

Habs will need to play better though, they really looked lost out there.
