i have been several times... it has been up and down, sometimes totally fine sometimes it got ugly

I cant really picture Islander fans being awful. They just seem depressed about their terrible management and team. But of course I havent met many. I just dont feel any rivalry towards them

She's always completely and totally hammered on the best Belgian beers money can buy.

yeah you can't really get those at most arenas... i will say that's one of the good things about nassau coliseum, they have multiple good areas for buying good beers

Understandable. Have you been to Flyers Devs game at Prudential? If so, how was it? I always have thought about going there for one (other than the fact that its in Newark)

ive never had a bad experience at the prudential center. have caught both pens/devils games there and an iron maiden concert. clean, decent parking, people really just minding their business. enjoyable all around.

- -davies-

Thats awful and I saw your Belgain beers yesterday. I was impressed. Not quite as good as German beers which are my specialty but still good

Yeah, beer at stadiums is crap, and they charge outrageous amounts of money for it. But Victory at x-finity is a good pre-game stop. Awesome brewery.

Good to know. I went there for the draft last year. It was pretty nice except for the surrounding area.

oh yeah. in no way was i advocating a tour of the surrounding blocks haha

but as far as venues go. i dont have a huge depth of experience. but that one was an enjoyable, hassle free spot for a game.

and the cheapness of tickets certainly didnt hurt

I'm supposed to be going to Iron Maiden (but never would), while you're supposed to be going to Daft Punk or Skillex or something like that. Maybe a guilty little Justin Bieber pleasure?

What are you saying you dont like 10 dollar Bud Light? But yea Victory is really good. Im okay with Stella.

What really is a rip off though is the $4.25 Water. I would rather get a crappy beer than pay that price for water.

It is completely understandable to be biased to an extent. But Cranford is on another level. Here are some of his best of the night:

Hope you enjoyed that. I dare you to go in there and talk to him during the Pens series, of course, if the Rangers beat the Flyers. Hockeybuzz is pretty good when compared to other sites with posters.

Haha Tour of Newark. That seems like it would go over well.

I dont have any experience outside of Philly which is why im interested. Flyers tickets are definitely expensive. I just keep imagining how many games I could go to if I lived in Tampa, Nash, Dallas, Miami or, Pheonix.

It's painful, as if ticket prices aren't expensive enough. Then parking. And then food and drink. Holy poop, talk about an expensive couple of hours.

And I almost never eat or drink while at a game as I'd rather consume something good for a lot less after.

Exactly. You could easily drop well over a hundred going to a game. I dont eat at the games either. I take the train and go out to eat before they start. Much cheaper that way and you get a better meal.

Same. And Stella isn't bad at all for a clean, simple lager. You west of the city?
