hopefully this remains the case this time around.

if anything ridiculous happens in the first couple of games you have to hope Julien doesn't take a page out of Paul MacLean's book from last year and completely unravel Therrien.

MT has to stay quiet on anything NOT related to his own team.

I'm assuming it's safe to say the MTL/BOS series will be the most exciting in all of round 2?

Whether they are or not, I am not commenting either way. Point is, when you have a guy like Marchand on your team, and you call other teams divers, the irony doesn't get thicker. Also, they don't think they're dirty at all.
- hscesq

any thicker

well the team/players know they're a filthy, filthy team. it's the CBBs and fountains who think that the Bruins are the righteous upholders of clean, hard and fair play.

i wouldn't mind seeing Montreal flop a bit. the Boston reactions are priceless.
- DoubleDown

Off course they are gonna flop ,and draw penalities .Just like Boston will get away with a few .Thats what makes Boston and Montreal games tight .They are about as polar opposite as you can get ,as far as play styles get

Remind me to tell you the story of the poop show that was a house league hockey game on Saturday evening. That after baseball in the morning where 3 mothers of first graders told me why their little Johnny simply had to be on team X and not team Y, and that I better make sure it happens.

Parents are the worst. I hope I don't become like that if/when my son(s) play(s) hockey.

Oh for sure ,but montreal does try hard for pp,s everybody knows that. They have a lethal PP unit, its a strength to them .Just as Boston uses the bully method ,to try and scare teams into submission
