thing i wonder about Lucic is, is it that he really embraces the villain role and he's fully aware of the irony of him calling other players chickens? or is he really just that (frank)ing stupid? i tend to lean toward the villain thing, but then the guy opens his mouth and you realize he can barely string 3 words together so maybe he really is that stupid.

That won't equal a series win for the Habs. Needs to be at least two per game. Figuring the series goes 6 or 7 if the Habs are to win, that's at least 10.

he's what we refer to as a heel and he relishes in that role.

he's also great at it and the envy of 29 NHL teams.

I just love that they call the Habs divers. Means the fans are off their game worrying about stuff other than hockey, just like their players are.
- hscesq
Meh they are so what ,the Bruins will try to dance the line between physical and dirty .One is a smaller fast skilled team, the other is a big physical team ,Both will pander to the refs just in opposite ways. You are either a dive team or a dirty team

i don't see much on-ice value to the "heel" persona. Bruins are the ones who go into hysterics against Montreal.

hopefully this remains the case this time around.

if anything ridiculous happens in the first couple of games you have to hope Julien doesn't take a page out of Paul MacLean's book from last year and completely unravel Therrien.

Whether they are or not, I am not commenting either way. Point is, when you have a guy like Marchand on your team, and you call other teams divers, the irony doesn't get thicker. Also, they don't think they're dirty at all.

I'm assuming it's safe to say the MTL/BOS series will be the most exciting in all of round 2?
