i'd do a wet rub with red miso paste. maybe add some ginger and scallion...
maybe some mirin for sweetness since the miso is salty.

I find that the term team of destiny often means the team that goes all the way to finals but loses. Like Ottawa, Calgary, Edmonton, Florida, Anaheim (the first time they went). I'm sure there are others. |
