They drew just about the toughest opponent they could have which sucks. They will seriously reconsider I'm sure. I don't really think Miller has made much of difference than if they would have had Halak in net.

Most people consider Miller an 'elite' goalie and Crawford average-slightly above average. This proves exactly that if you have a good team in front of the goalie, you can win with a guy who makes $3 million a year. No need to ever over pay.

Crawford is definatly above average. But yes you need an elite D core in front of that goalie first. And a elite 2 way center and you are on your way.

I don't wanna come off sounding crazy but....maybe he's gotten a bit complacent now that he has a real team infront of him...with the sabres he knew every start he had to play his absolute best hockey..kept him honest and focused..

You're not toally off. Notice every Sabres goalie this year had an insane sense of urgency about their game? They all knew what would happen if they didnt.
