I pretty much have to agree with everything here. Sutter in particular. Rearranging the lines right before round 1 from combos that were really working, all in the name of veteran presence (I'm looking at Pearson-Carter-Toffoli). Same as Murray, the constant changes hold us back, in my very humble opinion. Very disappointing.
Question is - who is out there to replace him? Or do we give Stevens the role back? - cryptical77
Sutter like Murray dont really let people have time to build a chemistry. No way do we give Stevens the job. As the other poster noted that he would like Tippet. Tippet is a guy I have always wanted but he was always under contract somewhere and when he left Dallas the Kings were balls deep in some Murray action. I cant stand the constant changing of the line combos. One has to wonder what kind of effect it has on Richards being dumped to the 4th line.
