I love the "blame the victim" game, "he embellished", "c'mon, he didn't get hit THAT hard". Remember the Buffalo fans last yr w their venom at Richards after the Kaleta cheap shot?
- B2B76

Yeah, that was literally some of the dumbest sh1t I have seen posted. Richards dove head first into the boards, so he could give the team a 5 minute PP, with the chance he might be a vegetable the rest of his life.

Listen.. Im just saying that during the live feed it happened behind the play kind of... I looked up and it looked like Carcillo was dead. I thought it was bad.. they didnt show a replay... I went to hockey immediately following his next shift.

Im not calling Daniel Carcillo the savior. Im just saying Jesus was the first to pull of the whole "You all thought I was dead, but here I am" bit.

Well let's let Read hit u in the head & you can tell us how fast/slow it took you to get up.

No problem, but if you happen to watch the replay when you get out of work, Read did catch him pretty good with the shoulder to head. My brother hit me in the head with a full swing from an aluminum bat by accident once, and I fell like a sack a bricks from being so stunned. I think it was similar to the Carcillo hit.

I don't mean to offend any Flyer fans (at least on here) with the Buffalo fans comparison. There was poster after poster on here who we're attacking Richie on that one.

I collided with a woman player last night ((frank)ing hate playing with girls), and now I am sitting at my desk with an ice pack on my hip. Each and every hit is different. I know that. Im more (or less?) busting balls.

Carcillo was a Flyer for a few years.. I still have his Danny Warhol shirt... so I know his shtick.

Haha*... I just watched the video on my phone.. (frank)ing took two hours to load but I watched it..

I dont like that poop. He got him. No doubting that, but I still think Carcillo, uhh, Carcillo'd it. Hell he lays motionless and drags his face across the ice in full wet noodle mode.

*

In the summer of '97 there was a heat wave. I was 11 and my little brother 9.. we were having a water gun fight with the neighbors and I used the hose. Well, next thing I know Im waking up in the garden compliments of a soft ball bat to the temple. My brother didnt like the hose too much. First of 5 diagnosed concussions.

well that explains a lot about your thought process.
As far as Carcillo he does have that rep of playing it up, just not sure if this was one of those instances. Only he knows

One of my brother's favorites were darts, and throwing me into furniture. Sucks when both parents worked, and your brother is a lot bigger.

Carcillo brought a lot of energy last night....almost blew it when he got over excited a few times but for the most part he played a big role in providing energy for the team....Rangers need to watch out on penalties in game 4 the more stupid ones we take the quicker the flyers will capitalize on them...really hope we can win game 4 and take a 3-1 lead the playoffs are too stressful and the rangers have a history of going to game 7's!

Some one better tell Pouliot, he took the 2 dumbest ones last night, but seemed to settle down as the game went on. I actually thought we played a good road game. We didnt dominate, I mean hell, we only had 4 shots on goal from the 2nd through part of the 3rd, but we scored on our opportunities, and played great defense.

They played an excellent road playoff game all you can ask is to walk away with the win...the momentum shifts were tough and there were a few points during the game where I was cringing worried philly would tie it up but NYR held tough and stuck to the game plan a solid effort on the road and they will probably need a better one on friday night

Its what a lot of teams love about Carcillo.. its also what usually costs him his spot on the team as well. If he could just tip to the line a bit more closely he'd lock up a spot for a long time. His antics end up getting very tiresome.

On a personal note, I had the privilege of meeting him and spent a few minutes talking to him. He is a very nice guy, who truly appreciates the job he has. BTW, he is tiny. Im 6'1ish and about 205. He is much smaller than me. Crazy when you think about it.

I could tell you about 10 different stories, and you wouldnt believe any of them.

IE: The time my older brother made a zip-line from the bunk bed in my room to the tree in the back yard and made us test it out first, because "we weighed less then him"

It failed after the rope burnt threw the PVC. His friend survived the fall.

for whatever reason, Caricillo is and was my girlfriend's favorite hockey player. We've been together 14 years and that's the name that sticks out to her.

I work with a girl who used to hook up with a former Ranger. He's still her favorite player even though shes a diehard Rangers fan. Just saying....
