ultimately, it's hard to argue. but on the other hand, who the (frank) gets fined in a 70 zone unless they're going well over 100? i've never heard of that happening. and that specific stretch of highway is tough, because it goes from 100 down to 70 while you're going through Pincourt and Ile-Perrot while you're driving towards Ontario.

Last ticket I had was on the Galipeau bridge, heading toward Ile-Perrot. The guy said he caught me at 99 in a 70 zone...pretty sure I was going around 80-85...I was following traffic in the right lane and some people were passing me on the left.

The guy came back so quickly with my papers I thought he was giving me a chance...turns out he gave me the ticket. Probably had it all filled out in advance and was just waiting for my personal info.
