I hope so, not because of the potential second round mathcup but because (frank) the Bruins

i wouldn't want to pass up the opportunity to beat them though, even if the odds of that are very slim.

i think it's pretty reckless for the league to look at that video and then essentially make a public announcement that they are 100% OK with that type of behavior. i don't necessarily think it's a matter of letting Lucic specifically get away with it. i think they just have no issue with that type of move to begin with. Lucic knows this, since he's done it before without repercussion. you're likely to see him do it more and more now.

And the problem I have with what he did is that contrary to a hit where there is room to give the player the benefit of the doubt, where it's sometimes hard to judge intent, with things going fast and having little time to react, this is not the case. It's a guy knowing exactly what he's doing.

For a guy who likes to throw hits as much as he does, Lucy sure takes offense when someone gets the better of him. I wonder how much he'd like it, or who would be the "chicken", if someone tried to prune his berries in a similar fashion?

Remember when Lucic clocked Komisarek and the latter was never the same since?

Hopefully, someday, someone will do the same to him... hopefully.

The Columbus Blue Jackets are fun to watch.

Dubinsky is doing everything he can in order to get Crosby off his game. I like that.

well, my brief sojourn into the Tampa thread has taught me that Tampa Bay is a better hockey team than Montreal because they finished 1 point ahead of Montreal in the standings and went 3-0-1 against them, and what has transpired in the playoffs doesn't count because Tampa is beating itself.
