G's QoC against D is very high. I think he's taken 39 shifts and 29 of them have come against McD and Girardi.

I just (frank)ing hate our 4th line. That first goal came from a bad pass, but Coburn had nowhere to go with the puck. The entire 4th line was just standing at the blue line fully covered.

I found it amusing that the 4th line scored a goal without Vinny on the ice.

I think it was 39 out of 49, but yeah, that's the gist of it. Still, he can do so much more than just score, and at least he's been working.

The 4th line is gonna be what it's gonna be. VL is so damn skilled and so damn big that he should be circling down to the circles, getting a short pass, and skating the damn thing into the zone. He had that one shift in the 3rd (I think) where he absolutely dominated. Wish he'd do it more often.

It's like the third time I've met her. She's a bit of a nut. She doesn't even live in the US yet and won't until September. My brother-in-law is more than just a whole lot weird with his relationships. This is his third marriage and all the women have been a unique sort of insane. I'm trying not to stir the pot just yet. She might kill me.

If you're scared of her, you should call her on her "It's our game" line while standing naked brandishing a butcher knife. She won't know what to think and then

BAM! Corkscrew to the ovaries!

May I ask do you have or plan to have kids? Thats what I tend to think with girls my brothers bring home like "My god this chick can be the aunt to my kids"

I don't even think home ice can help him. His QoC against dmen was 3rd worst and his QoC against forwards was the worst. Rinaldo saw tougher forwards than Vinny did in those first 2 games.

I really don't know what else they can do with him. He drives me nuts. It's like he wants to score a pretty goal every time. He doesn't ever want to dump and chase. Even if the obvious choice is to dump and chase. He, also, leaves the defensive zone too quickly and is looking to be sprung on a break on every possession.

When Berube bumps him up to play with Schenn and Simmonds (He allows VL to center them now), I pray they don't get scored upon. I don't even hope for a goal. I just hope they don't allow one.

Well Vinny also played like 3 minutes in Game One, so....

Dude just needs to check his poop and play a North-South game. He's got the size, strength, speed, and skill needed, he just seems to float too much.

I agree. I just don't have any faith he'll do that. He's been playing like this for so long.

My son is almost 17. I don't think at this point he'll consider her an aunt. She's like his uncle's new wife.

If he was younger I'd never let him spend alone time with his new "aunt"
She claims to be 34 but both her kids are in college. If someone told me she ate those people on the bus in Canada a couple years ago I'd believe them... no lie. I wish I felt like I could post pictures on here of her. You'd be aghast.

That being said she seems like a reasonably nice person I could avoid around the house on holidays.

He's basically reduced to PP specialist right now. I mean, playing with all-stars Rinaldo and Hall isn't going to give you a ton of options, but dude just needs to come back down low, grab it, skate it up, dump if needed, and go grab the thing. He's big enough to shield all but the best defenders.

I'll believe he's a top 6 player when I see it. He's had one good game since the injury. That was against the Bruins. Based one every metric possible (not even advanced stats) he seems to hurt the team more than he helps them.

Well, he is what he is. I have faith that Chief will do his best to put him in a position to succeed. That's the best we can do right now.

Besides, this series hinges on how many hat tricks Akeson can score.

As far as I can tell she has zero front teeth. She makes her own clothes (I can't even describe it) and dresses like she's 17 not the unbelievable 34 (if I had to guess I'd say add 10 yrs to that at least). She has tatoos, none of them done professionally, think a 10 yr old with a permanent marker. Her hair is dyed a deep red which really highlights the lack of teeth.

All I heard was "She's a 17-year-old redhead skank." Nice.

Edit: if it helps, they met online playing WoW. She doesn't use her really name and wants everyone to call her the WoW character name.

It's just nutz man.

I am truly conflicted tonight.

I read that The Sieve is actually playing halfway decent for the Pens through their first two games. So I'm wondering which I would prefer...

1. The Sieve to give up 8 tonight in Columbus so all the Pens fans are crushed by knowing he was lurking all along, or..

2. The Sieve plays well and they still lose, so they can feel pain and suffering about how much he's cost them if he hadn't been a sieve the past four years.

Yes, indeed. Truly conflicted.

MAF has played well. Not elite, but well enough. Their defense isn't handling Columbus' forecheck well at all, and their big 2 aren't producing. Bob has outplayed him in general. I don't see him ready to fall apart, but I don't see him stealing a series either.
